I’m simply a Christian teenage girl that loves Jesus, and I attempt my best to serve proudly and wholeheartedly for Him. I’m in avid pursuit of God’s love.
I don’t know what God wants for me in this life, but I’m here for a reason and sooner or later that will come within eyesight. Until then, I will live and love for Him to the best of my ability.
I was inspired to start this blog in the early months of 2013. The idea of writing down my thoughts, knowledge, and questions about my faith journey appealed to me, and I pursued it. I pray that through this blog I can somehow reach out to people and that they will be inspired or touched by reading my exploration of my faith, Christianity, and my praises and struggles in life as a Christian teen.
My pen name and my middle name are the same: Fayth. It has that whole old-englishy spelling with the ‘y’. I like it.
One of my best friends, Bre, gave me some advice, and I made it into the tagline of my blog. Her words are ever so wise, and she’s just an amazing Christian girl in general.
Her words are these: “God is not based on how we feel, but on who He is.”
My life verse has helped me through some of my times of doubt and the trials of my life, and I’m positive it will in more to come. I hope that it will encourage you and make you contemplate your own unique faith journey.
Hebrews 11:1-“Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and being certain of what we cannot see.”
I pray that you’ll be somehow touched by my open journals and messages to the world. Please, feel free to share any of my content, but I’d appreciate it if you gave me full credit. Thank you.
Also, always remember that God created you uniquely and that He loves you. There is no greater love than His, and His love is all that you need. It’s greater than any friendship or love a human person could ever give you.
Know that you are loved, and that is all that matters.
